The Campbell University Community Care Clinic Gala is 6 p.m. Friday, Sept. 20 in the Campbell University Ballroom.
Money raised through the event supports the community’s health and wellness, organizers say. Tickets are $60.
The Community Care Clinic is run by students and free to people in the community. All proceeds from the event directly help support the clinic, which is equipped with lab testing, a pharmacy and mental health counseling. It also includes visits with medical providers.
The clinic is composed of a standing clinic in Harnett County and two mobile sites.
“We are very proud of the work that our students and faculty do to provide much needed care for those who do not have access. Any support is greatly appreciated,” said Emily Cottrell, fundraising coordinator for the care clinic.
The event features dinner, live entertainment, auctions and a mocktail bar. All are welcome.
