Clement E. “Clem” Medley, Jr., of Dunn, N.C., has been elected to the Campbell University Presidential Board of Advisors. Medley is president and CEO of First Federal Bank in Dunn.A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Medley is an active member of his community, serving as a board member and past president of Habitat for Humanity, the Dunn Area Chamber of Commerce and the United Way of Harnett County. Medley has also served on various committees of the North Carolina Alliance of Community Financial Institutions and the United States League of Savings Associations. In 1993, he was named “Man of the Year” by the Dunn Area Chamber of Commerce.A member of the First Presbyterian Church of Dunn, Medley has been an Elder, member and chairman of the Board of Deacons, Sunday school superintendent, Sunday school teacher and youth leader.He is married to the former Katheryn Thomas of Broadway, N.C. They are the parents of two children, Jennifer Medley, managing partner with Progressive Capitol Group in Washington, D.C., and Christopher Medley, a legislative assistant to U.S. Representative Bob Etheridge.
