RALEIGH, N.C. – Campbell Law Dean J. Rich Leonard announced today that Wyrick Robbins Yates & Ponton LLP has agreed to financially sponsor a competitive mock trial team. The firm’s support will allow a group of students to participate at the South Texas Mock Trial Challenge, March 25-31, in Houston, Texas.
“Campbell Law is grateful to Wyrick Robbins for their generous gift,” said Leonard. “Their support will allow Campbell Law to defend its title as reigning champions of the South Texas Mock Trial Challenge, and the opportunity will serve as a fruitful experience for our students.”
One of the nation’s most prestigious mock trial competitions, a team of Campbell Law students won the top prize in March 2013.
