2007 Campbell law grads lead on NC Bar Exam

Campbell University School of Law graduates posted yet another “first” on the latest North Carolina Bar Exam, chalking up a 95% passage rate, the highest among students from the five North Carolina law schools who took the two-day examination in July of this year. These latest results reflect Campbell Law’s stature of having the best overall bar passage rate in the state for the past 16 years.”Campbell Law School’s commitment to its students and their future clients produces results,” said Dean Melissa Essary. “Through our rigorous academic program, we demand much of our students and they respond. For 2007-2008, the Law School will enroll 345 students who come to Campbell from 100 different colleges and universities.Since its founding in 1976, the Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law at Campbell University has received two prestigious awards from the American Bar Association (ABA), the first for having the nation’s best Trial Advocacy Program, and the second for having the nation’s top Professionalism Program.
