Campbell University cannot continue to thrive without the encouragement of our alumni and friends. It takes ongoing gifts and support to allow Campbell to serve both students and the community. As a result, we rely on the commitment of alumni to continue the University’s mission.
There is no better place to find alumni volunteers who give generously than the Alumni Association Board of Directors. The board is comprised of alumni leaders who remain engaged with their alma mater through regional events, volunteer work within the campus community, and active participation in decisions that affect the university. This year, the board reached 100% giving participation, the first year on record to accomplish this goal.
The Campbell University offices of Alumni Engagement and Annual Giving would like to thank the board for their generosity and continued devotion to Campbell University.
Sarah Swain (’05), assistant vice president of alumni engagement, stated: “We are so grateful to this group of alumni leaders for setting an example of generosity. They believe in the mission of Campbell University and without generous alumni, like each of them, we could not continue to graduate students with ready to live purposeful lives. This group embodies leading with purpose through their service and dedication towards their alma mater.”
Will Franklin (’96), president of the Alumni Association Board of Directors, expressed his enthusiasm as well, saying, “It’s an honor serving alongside such a committed group of individuals who understand the value of their Campbell degree and want to do their part in furthering the mission of the University. We invite our fellow alumni to join us in investing in Campbell and making an impact.”
