Annual Alumni & Friends Golf Classic scheduled for April 15

Campbell University 2016 Winter Commencement

The Alumni Association at Campbell University’s College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences will hold its 15th Alumni & Friends Golf Classic on Friday, April 15, 2016. The tournament is held annually at Keith Hills Country Club in Buies Creek, North Carolina, to raise money for student scholarships and the Alumni Association General Fund.

Alumni, students, faculty, staff, and friends of the College are invited to spend a day on the links showing off their golf skills and making professional connections at the tournament. Teams of four, including student teams, and individuals are encouraged to register early for the best pricing structure. All proceeds from registration are deposited into the CPHS Alumni Association Endowed Student Scholarship Fund. During the 2014-2015 academic year, the Alumni Association provided financial assistance to nine CPHS students from various programs within the College.

“The golf classic is one of our favorite events. Not only do we raise money to support nine student scholarships sponsored by the CPHS Alumni Association, it provides a great opportunity to engage with our alumni, students, corporate supporters and friends of the college,” shared Leigh Foushee, PharmD, director of alumni relations. “This year’s event is shaping up to be a great one. There are many levels of sponsorship available for golfers and non-golfers, alike. We hope you will take a break in your daily life to support this wonderful event and come golf with us!”

The tournament is formatted for a 1:00 p.m. shotgun start and registration includes 18 holes of golf, range balls, cart fees, post-tournament dinner, and a goody bag. To register or inquire about becoming a sponsor, please visit the Association’s website: www.cphsalumni.campbell.edu.
