Bohm named to City of Raleigh Museum board

RALEIGH, N.C. – Campbell Law Director of Development David Bohm has been named to the board of directors for the City of Raleigh (COR) Museum. Bohm, who will serve a two-year term, was elected to serve by the previous board in June.

“Campbell Law School is situated right in the heart of Raleigh history, and that history is embodied by the COR Museum,” said Bohm. “I am eager to contribute to the future vision of this magnificent local treasure that embodies the spirit of Raleigh.”

Located in downtown Raleigh within the historic Briggs Hardware building on Fayetteville Street, the COR Museum opened as a nonprofit in July 2012. With a mission to “Preserve Raleigh’s Past for the Future,” the museum collects and cares for artifacts, curates exhibits and provides educational programming that highlights and interprets Raleigh’s history and heritage. Michael Crook, a 2012 Campbell Law graduate, was elected to sit on the board alongside Bohm.
