Business professor publishes case study on COVID-19 adaptation strategies

Campbell Business MBA Professor Dr. Michael Rodriguez was recently published in Direct Selling Education Foundations (DSEF) Company Case Study Series, which showcased his efforts to help businesses pivot in today’s world due to COVID-19. Dr. Rodriguez’s case study focused on the Traveling Vineyard’s business who had to quickly make changes to adapt to the new virtual environment.

Dr. Rodriguez currently teaches Sales and Business Analytics for the Campbell MBA program. Over the past decade, he has helped students develop into global customer engagement leaders by focusing on sales process, professionalism, international negotiations and utilization of technology. He has also helped customer-focused organizations improve their sales process and achieve business goals by leveraging technology in the form of CRM, Social and Mobile solutions.
