Campbell Business to offer graduate programs in downtown Raleigh

Campbell University 2016 Winter Commencement

RALEIGH, N.C. – Campbell University’s Lundy-Fetterman School of Business will begin offering its part-time Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Campbell Law School in downtown Raleigh in August 2015. The relocation of the program marks a distinct focus on preparing graduates to meet the opportunities that define the Raleigh business community, as well as other regional markets.

“This move will serve the needs of downtown professionals by offering our students locally relevant courses, externships, consulting projects, and online options for busy professionals,” said Campbell Business MBA Program Director Dr. Edward Fubara.

All classes for the part-time Campbell Business MBA will be held at Campbell Law in the middle of the city’s vibrant downtown, joining the Master of Trust & Wealth Management program which has been located at the law school since 2011. Students in both programs will enjoy complete access to the Campbell Business career development center and active and engaged alumni networks.

“Raleigh is one of the most lauded cities in the country, and it continues to grow and excel with some of the best and brightest minds in America,” said Campbell Business Dean Keith Faulkner. “There are many professionals in the greater Raleigh community that have a strong desire to elevate their careers. These graduate offerings are the perfect opportunity for them to take that next step and turn their dreams into reality. We are excited to integrate in to the exciting downtown community.”

A Campbell Business MBA prepares students to succeed in a variety of organizational environments. Free enterprise and ethical leadership define the curriculum philosophy. Students learn business strategies, stakeholder relations, and how to manage people in globally connected, diverse, and complex environments.

A Campbell Business MTWM enables graduates to develop the fiduciary skills vital in wealth management and finance. Students gain expertise in trust management, financial planning, investment planning, investment management, and private banking.

Dual degree options are also available to students in both programs. Options for MBA students include Doctor of Pharmacy, Juris Doctor, Master of Divinity, Master of Science in Clinical Research, and a Master of Science in Public Health. MTWM students can pursue a Juris Doctor/MTWM dual degree entirely in Raleigh.
