The ceremony offered graduates the opportunity to be sworn in as attorneys with the North Carolina State Bar at their alma mater with their family, friends, professors, classmates, and peers encouraging them and sharing the occasion. Each graduate took the oath of office as an attorney at law to support the Constitution of the United States.
“This event is very special for our law school community and our graduates,” said Campbell Law Interim Dean Keith Faulkner. “We are honored that so many of them chose to share in this important milestone with their Campbell Law family. I am confident that the lessons they took from the halls of Campbell Law will serve them well as they enter the fraternity of practicing Campbell lawyers and begin to serve our communities and country.”
Campbell Law’s 2012 graduates outperformed all other North Carolina law schools on the July 2012 N.C. Bar Exam, leading the state in both first time bar passage and overall bar passage.
