The ceremony offered graduates the opportunity to be sworn in as attorneys with the North Carolina State Bar at their alma mater with their family, friends, professors, classmates, and peers encouraging them and sharing the occasion. Each graduate took the oath of office as an attorney at law to support the Constitution of the United States.

“Today marks a very important occasion for our law school community because it represents the fruitful culmination of many years work and education,” said Campbell Law Dean J. Rich Leonard. “The fact that so many of our recent graduates returned to share this special moment with their Campbell Law family is indicative of the atmosphere and tight-knit community that we are fortunate to enjoy on a daily basis.”

Campbell Law graduates ranked second among the seven North Carolina law schools for first-time bar passage on the July 2013 North Carolina Bar Exam, posting a 81.82% passage rate. Campbell Law is the only law school in the state to place in the top two for first-time test takers on the July bar exam in each of the past three years.
