RALEIGH, N.C. –Campbell Law School hosted is annual luncheon for scholarship donors on Tuesday, April 10. Nearly 100 donors, alumni, students, faculty, and staff members attended the event, including numerous distinguished Campbell Law alumni and former faculty members.

The annual event is an important one for the law school, as it provides an opportunity for scholarship donors and recipients to meet. The luncheon also serves as a platform for fellowship, as well as celebrating the hard work of law students throughout the academic year and the foresight of Campbell Law donors.
Third-year students Laura G. Barringer and M. Lee Taft spoke to the importance of their scholarships and the donors, touching on the dramatic benefit that their scholarships have afforded them in their pursuit of becoming future leading litigators. Barringer is a recipient of the Minnie Lamm Deans Law Scholarship, while Taft is a recipient of the Major Sam Byrd Law Scholarship.
Campbell Law Dean Melissa Essary kicked off the event with a welcoming address, while Campbell Law Vice Dean Keith Faulkner provided closing remarks.
