Team Campbell raised more than $2,900 at the annual JDRF walk
More than 100 participants from the law school joined the Team Campbell roster for the walk and worked together to raise money for JDRF. All of the proceeds raised by Team Campbell have been marked for funding research for Type I diabetes through JDRF.
This fundraising campaign was part of the Student Bar Association’s annual “Campbell Cares” initiative that aims to bring students, faculty and staff together to give back to the community.
The JDRF walk was also held in conjunction with the last day of National Pro Bono week, which is sponsored by the American Bar Association to encourage pro bono work and volunteerism among the legal community.
