RALEIGH, N.C. -A three-judge panel heard motions in the state redistricting case for more than three hours on Thursday, Jan. 12 in the North Carolina Business Court housed at Campbell law School. The hearing centered on new state legislative and congressional districts set forth by the North Carolina General Assembly. Numerous lawsuits have been filed alleging that the new districts are unlawful.

The North Carolina Business Court at Campbell Law gives students the invaluable opportunity to utilize an on-site learning laboratory in which to observe a working North Carolina Superior Court and attorneys in action as they argue their cases. Students can learn about pre-trial and litigation concepts in the classroom and then walk down the hall to the court to observe expert litigators employ the same concepts in action.
