RALEIGH, N.C. – Campbell Law School will host a continuing legal education (CLE) program for the Federal Bar Association for the Eastern District of North Carolina (FBA-ENDC) on Friday, Feb. 13. Registration will begin at 1 p.m., with the program taking place from 1:30 to 5 p.m. The three-hour CLE credit course will be offered free to FBA-EDNC members and $100 for non-members.
Paid parking is available at the City of Raleigh Municipal Parking Deck across from the law school on West Morgan Street.
The CLE will feature three panels discussing federal practice: one will feature U.S. District Court judges, one will feature U.S. Magistrate judges, and the third will focus on the ethics of the role of local counsel in both civil and criminal matters. Two of the four participating U.S. Magistrate Judges, The Honorable Robert B. Jones, Jr. (’97) and The Honorable Kimberly A. Swank (’91), are Campbell Law graduates.
