Campbell Law to host N.C. Court of Appeals candidates for judicial forum

RALEIGH, N.C. – Candidates vying for the North Carolina Court of Appeals will participate in a moderated judicial forum at Campbell Law School next Monday, Sept. 26. Area residents are invited to join the Campbell Law community for the event, which will begin at 5 p.m. in room 105 at the law school. The debate is co-sponsored by the Campbell Law Republicans and Campbell Law Democrats.

Incumbent judges Richard Dietz, Robert Hunter, Linda Stephens and Valerie Zachary have been invited to participate, as have candidates Judge Phil Berger Jr., Judge Margaret Eagles, Judge Abe Jones, Judge Rickye McKoy-Mitchell, Hunter Murphy and Judge Vince Rozier.

Campbell Law Dean J. Rich Leonard will moderate the debate.

Paid parking is available at the City of Raleigh Municipal Parking Deck across from the law school on West Morgan Street.
