Campbell presents an evening of guitar music

Buies Creek, N.C.—For those who love the guitar, Campbell University will present a Guitar Ensemble and Studio concert on Tuesday, Nov. 9, at 8 p.m. in Scott Concert Hall of the Taylor Bott Rogers Fine Arts building. Admission is free and open to the public.

Director Milen Parashkevov, professor of guitar at Campbell, said the program will feature each of the five guitar majors in both solo performances and ensemble pieces.

“I would be happy if more community patrons and guitar lovers attend,” said Parashkevov. “The evening should contain something for every guitar aficionado!”

Student musicians performing in the concert include Josh Perry, of Raleigh, N.C.; Jon Cheney, of Fayetteville, N.C.; Brett Phillips, of Fayetteville, N.C.; David Pham, of Wilson, N.C.; and Levi Austin, of Raleigh, N.C.
