RALEIGH, N.C. – Campbell Law School’s Career & Professional Development Center is set to host its fifth-annual Campbell Law Career Night on Thursday, Nov. 10 at 5:30 p.m. More than 30 employers and 16 practice areas will be represented by over 40 attorneys at the event, which allows Campbell Law students to explore traditional areas of legal practice.
More than 20 of the attorneys scheduled to participate in Career Night hold law degrees from Campbell Law.
“It is important for law school students to explore an array of career options, and networking is vital to that process,” said Campbell Law Interim Career Center & Professional Development Director Glenda Darrell. “Career Night is an event that our students look forward to every year, and it says a lot about our law school culture that so many of them anticipate and participate in this opportunity to engage with working professionals and leaders.”
Practicing professionals on-site for the event will represent a broad assortment of legal sectors, including corporate, criminal, environmental, family law, government, health law, immigration, intellectual property, labor and employment, defense and plaintiff litigation, real estate, and trusts and estates/estate planning.
“We are appreciative of our alumni and friends in the legal and business communities that continue to support our law school mission and our students,” said Darrell.
