Courie elected to Campbell University Board of Trustees

Buies Creek, N.C.—David T. Courie, Sr., of Fayetteville, N.C., has been elected to Campbell University’s Board of Trustees. Courie is a partner in the law firm of Beaver Holt Sternlicht and Courie, PA in Fayetteville.

A Campbell graduate, Courie received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration and a law degree from the Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law. He has practiced both civil and criminal law in the Triangle Area for many years. Courie has also served as a member of Campbell’s Presidential Advisory Board.

He and his wife Mary “Michelle” Harrell are members of the Haymount United Methodist Church, where Courie has been a member of the church’s Child Care Board of Directors. The couple has a son, Taft.
