David Courie elected to Campbell board

Buies Creek, N.C.—David Courie, of Fayetteville, N.C., has been elected to the Campbell University Board of Trustees. Courie is a partner in the law firm of Beaver Holt Sternlicht and Courie, PA in Fayetteville and has previously served on Campbell’s Presidential Board.

A Campbell alumnus, Courie received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Lundy-Fetterman School of Business and a Juris Doctor from the Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law.

He has practiced criminal and civil law in Cumberland, Hoke and surrounding North Carolina counties for many years.

Courie and his wife the former Mary “Michelle” Harrell, of Fayetteville, are members of the Haymount United Methodist Church, where Courie has served on the Child Care Board of Directors. They have one son, Taft.
