Campbell University will hold its Family Weekend Sept. 29-Oct. 1, 2017. The University welcomes all students’ families to campus during this annual tradition to experience life as their student does on a daily basis.
Academic departments, student organizations, Campbell athletics and University administration host a wide array of events beginning at 8 p.m. Sept. 29.

Friday, Sept. 29
- Pip the Illusionist – Turner Auditorium – 8 p.m.
A special evening planned for you and your family! This finalist from America’s Got Talent will leave you laughing and stunned by his amazing performance.
Saturday, Sept. 30
- Faculty Meet & Greet – Wiggins Library – 10 a.m.
Instructors will be on hand to meet parents and family members - Family Tailgating – Barker-Lane Stadium – noon
Menu: Chopped BBQ Pork or Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches with Coleslaw, Southern Potato Salad, Black Bean Corn Salad, Brownies & drinks
Cost: $9 for adults; $4 for kids (5 & under); students may use meal plan - Campbell Football vs. Morehead State – Barker-Lane Stadium – 2 p.m.

Sunday, Oct. 1
- Family Worship Service – Butler Chapel – 10 a.m.
During the football game, Campbell recognizes its Family of the Year. Each year, the Office of Student Life honors one special family for their contribution to the education of their student as a reminder to the campus community that relationships and support groups are critical for a student’s success.
The Fighting Camels’ volleyball, men’s soccer and women’s soccer will also be in action on their home courts and fields during the weekend.
