FBLA chapter receives noteworthy recognition

The Lundy-Fetterman School of Business Collegiate Future Business Leaders of America chapter received recognition as the third largest chapter in the state and was honored as a “Gold Star Chapter” this past Saturday at the Fall FBLA Leadership Conference in Greensboro, NC.

Future Business Leaders of America, Inc. (FBLA) is the largest business Career and Technical Student Organization in the world. Each year, FBLA helps over 230,000 members prepare for careers in business.

As an organization, their mission is to inspire and prepare students to become community-minded business leaders in a global society through relevant career preparation and leadership experiences.

The Campbell University chapter, formally recognized as Phi Beta Lambda, returned to campus in August of 2021. Since its resurrection, the chapter has attended multiple conferences and placed first in various competitions.

At Saturday’s event, Aaron Katzenberger, FBLA member and officer, won the NCFBLA-C PDF Scholarship!

Lizzie Phillips, a member of the FBLA chapter, shared in reference to the Fall Leadership Conference, “It was a wonderful bonding experience for our members and organization. We were all able to get closer from this experience.”
