Get ready for Homecoming 2022 on Oct. 8

Homecoming arrives a little earlier this fall with Campbell University celebrating its annual gathering of students and alumni on Oct. 8, culminating with a 4 p.m. kickoff against Charleston Southern at Barker-Lane Stadium.

This year’s Homecoming festivities will include the annual parade down Main Street, the wrestling program’s annual outdoor event in front of Pope Convocation Center and the return of the pre-game Alumni Village, featuring food trucks, games and live music from local favorite Bantum Rooster.

The day will also include reunion celebrations for the classes of 1982, 1997 and 2012, as well as the Golden Club 50th reunion of the classes of 1970, ’71 and ’72.

“Homecoming celebrates the generations of Camels who have called the Creek home over the years,” said Sarah Swain, assistant vice president of alumni engagement. “We’re excited to connect with our current students, families and alumni during this favorite Campbell tradition.”
