Kim Sieredzki (L’97) Honored with the Robinson O. Everett Professionalism Award

The Robinson O. Everett Professionalism Award is named in honor of Judge Everett, a Duke Law professor and former Chief Judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces who died in 2009. The award was initiated last year.

Sieredzki served as chair of the Young Lawyers Division in 2007-08. During her tenure, she spearheaded the Wills for Heroes project to provide first responders with free estate planning. The project is among the most successful in North Carolina history.

Recently, Sieredzki served for two years as co-chair of the 4ALL Task Force. In that capacity, she helped organize the 4ALL Statewide Service day, in which North Carolina lawyers provide free legal advice to callers at call centers across the state.

Sieredzki practices in the N.C. Appellate Division’s Reporters Office in Raleigh. She resides in Clayton. She was recognized in 2010 by the NCBA as a recipient of the Citizen Lawyer Award.
