BUIES CREEK, N.C. – Industry leader LifeTrust 3D and sister organization Colton Groome & Company have announced a $1 million dollar sponsorship of the Campbell Business First Citizens Wealth Management Center. The sponsorship marks another major building block for Campbell Business, which will dedicate the First Citizens Wealth Management Center in October.
“We are thrilled to be able to support Campbell University, the development of the new technology center, and most importantly the students, who will be the next generation of wealth managers, trust officers, and family office executives,” said LifeTrust 3D Managing Partner Tate Groome. “We are confident that our 60-plus years of experience, combined with our industry-leading technology and trademarked 3D process will provide invaluable benefit to Campbell Business students as they prepare to enter the job market.”
As a part of the sponsorship, LifeTrust 3D will provide Campbell Business students with the TOLI Vault software program; copies of Groome’s latest book, “… The Best Policy,” which will become part of the Trust & Wealth Management undergraduate degree curriculum; internship opportunities for students; and guest lecturers and presentations.
“We are grateful for LifeTrust 3D, Colton Groome & Company, and Tate Groome for this tremendous sponsorship,” said Campbell Business Dean Keith Faulkner. “The First Citizens Wealth Management Center is going to be an integral part of the Campbell Business curriculum where students will learn by doing. This center will serve as a practical tool benefitting our students, graduates, and their future clients.
“This facility will provide an invaluable foundation for the next generation of finance and wealth management professionals, and it would not be possible without the support of companies like LifeTrust 3D, Colton Groome & Company, First Citizens Bank, and many others.”
The First Citizens Wealth Management Center will serve as a state-of-the-art learning lab that simulates an investment firm environment, a trading room and a trust center. It will be equipped with the latest tools, technology, and data that business leaders, commercial banks, and financial advisors around the world use. Such resources will include Bloomberg and other cutting-edge financial planning banking systems software and a fiduciary accounting system.
