Moliere’s “Scapin” is spring comedy

A hysterical masterpiece of French comedy, Moliere’s “Scapin!” is soon to debut at Campbell University. Watch as the wily, witty servant Scapin out-schemes his masters and turns the tables on the course of love, while staying one step ahead of trouble all the way. The comedy will be performed Friday-Saturday, April 20-21, and Thursday-Saturday, April 26-28, at 8 p.m. in Ellis Theater of the Rogers Fine Arts Center. Tickets are $7 for general admission and $3 for students, faculty and staff.Set in Naples, Italy, the slapstick comedy tells the tale of two young men as they argue with their father over love and money.
