N.C. Court of Appeals to hear arguments at Campbell Law

RALEIGH, N.C. – The North Carolina Court of Appeals will sit at Campbell Law School on Wednesday, Feb. 18 from 1 to 3 p.m. The court will hear oral arguments in The State of North Carolina v. Rashawn Mackey and Richmond County Board of Education v. Janet Cowell, North Carolina State Treasurer, et al.

Judges Donna S. Stroud, R. Christopher Dillon and Mark Davis will hear the cases. Judge Stroud is a 1988 Campbell Law graduate. She also serves as a member of the adjunct faculty.

The court session will be held in Courtroom 312, while the proceedings will be streamed into Room 105 to facilitate student interest. Members of the Campbell Law community are invited to attend the hearing as space permits.
