N.C. Court of Appeals to hear arguments at Campbell Law

RALEIGH, N.C. – A three-judge panel from the North Carolina Court of Appeals will sit at Campbell Law School on Monday, Feb. 22 for two oral arguments. Judges Ann Marie Calabria (L ’83), Donna Stroud (L ’88), and John Tyson (L ’79), all Campbell Law graduates, will hear the cases.

“We are fortunate to host the North Carolina Court of Appeals on our campus,” said Campbell Law Dean J. Rich Leonard. “This is a tremendous learning opportunity for our students to see the law in action up close and personal, and I have no doubt that many will take advantage of this chance.

“This is a particularly special opportunity given that all three judges are graduates of Campbell Law, and each remains engaged and active with our students and alumni.”

The cases to be argued include State v. Green and State v. Ladd.
