Alumni of the Campbell University, PGA Golf Management program hosted their 2nd Annual Alumni Tournament on Friday, November 4th at Keith Hills Golf Club.
This event consisted of two-player teams playing 18 holes with the primary purpose of building camaraderie.
Almost 50 alumni traveled back to Buies Creek, NC to participate in the event, reminisce with old friends, meet current students, and give back to the program.
Robby Fenton, 2014 graduate, has helped spearhead this tournament since its inception two years ago. He shared, “When we started this event we were only looking for a way to get a small group of us back together at Keith Hills after many years of being apart.”
“The response we got was so positive though that we decided to open it up to as many people as we could and that led us to hosting almost 50 alumni two years in a row. I’m so happy to have been able to connect golfers from across many generations of the PGM program at Campbell. All of this said, I have had a lot of assistance from others who have chipped-in and who also want to see this event grow further in the future. This event has so much potential and I can’t wait to see where it goes. “
Thank you to all who joined us this year; We can’t wait to have you back again next year.
