BUIES CREEK — Baritone DeMar Neal is bringing the classics back to Campbell University for a concert on Thursday, Jan. 23, at 8 p.m. in the Scott Concert Hall of the Fine Arts building.
Neal will sing music from Bach, Mozart, Schubert and even more familiar classical names. He will be accompanied by pianist Katherine Thomas.
“He sings beautifully, with great expression and a friendly stage personality,” said Richard McKee, associate professor of music at Campbell and host of the event. “The professionally trained high-art singer, along with his collaborative pianist, will present a rewarding musical experience.”
The concert is free and open to the public.
