RALEIGH, N.C. – Two clinics at Campbell Law will begin managing cases and client files via Citrix-based ShareFile Legal. The cloud-based system will allow students, faculty and staff to access client files remotely and work outside of their respective clinics.
Both the newly-launched Campbell Community Law Clinic and the Senior Law Clinic will utilize the software.
“We are excited to be using ShareFile Legal from Citrix for document management,” said Campbell Community Law Clinic director Ashley Campbell. “This is a robust, cloud-based platform that will allow our students to serve clients no matter where they are located. This is especially valuable to our legal clinic in light of the fact that we are staffed part-time.”
“Introducing Campbell Law School faculty and students to ShareFile Legal continues our innovative partnership,” said Susan Harman, ShareFile SMB, product director at Citrix. “Students will gain experience with the latest cloud-based solutions that law firms utilize to organize their tasks, clients and files around their matter, enabling secure file sharing.”
Last October Campbell Law and Citrix announced a collaborative partnership for file sharing solutions for the entire law school community. The partnership includes workflow and communications cloud technology through Citrix-based ShareFile, Podio and GoToMeeting products.
