Campbell University announced today that Andy Snead will be the new director of facilities management, effective March 1.
As the director, Snead will lead and oversee the Facilities Management team in all matters relating to maintenance, repairs, capital improvements, renovation and new construction — as well as grounds maintenance and housekeeping services for the University. Snead has over 28 years of higher education experience in facilities operations and management, capital program management, design management, construction management and design production.
He is described by Sandy Connolly, vice president for business and chief financial officer, as a “collaborative, transparent leader who values the individual employee, manages for operational efficiency and leads with informed vision for organizational excellence.”
“Campbell University is fortunate to have a talented professional such as Andy,” Connolly added. “He brings a wealth of expertise, strong interpersonal skills and vision to lead the University Facilities Management team.”
