RALEIGH, N.C. – Campbell Law School will offer a free presentation by “The Art of Self Promotion” author Debby Stone for all current students and alumni on Thursday, Nov. 10. Breakfast will be provided beginning at 7:30 a.m. with the presentation to follow at 8 a.m.

“The ability to market and self-promote one’s self is arguably more important now than it has ever been in the legal profession,” said Campbell Law Assistant Dean of External Relations Megan West Sherron. “Debby’s presentation will prove beneficial to our current students as they seek internship and employment opportunities, as well as our alums that are looking to change the trajectory of their career or reposition themselves within the legal and civic communities.”
Stone, JD, CPCC, PCC is the founder of Novateur Partners, an executive coaching and leadership development company serving lawyers and their firms. She earned her coaching certification through the Coaches Training Institute and is accredited through the International Coach Federation. Prior to embarking on her coaching career, she practiced corporate, technology and intellectual property law for more than a decade. She also worked as a management consultant at Bain & Company.
Stone graduated magna cum laude from Duke University’s Sanford School of Public Policy and a holds a JD with High Honors from the Duke University School of Law.
