Student volunteers needed for Friday’s Installation of J. Bradley Creed

BUIES CREEK, North Carolina – The planning committee for Friday’s Installation of J. Bradley Creed at Campbell University needs student volunteers to attend the inauguration of the university’s fifth president and help escort the expected 1,000 guests to the reception immediately following the ceremony.

Here are 3 ways to help Friday (and that includes FREE FOOD):

  1. Attend the president’s Installation.
Please join us for the celebration, which begins Friday at 2 p.m. in the Convocation Center. Look for reserved student seating in Sections 103 and 117.
Attire: Come dressed in whatever attire is indicative of your Campbell story (i.e. white coats, Greek letters, business suit, athletic jersey, choir robe, orientation T-shirt, theatre costume, favorite Campbell event T-shirt).
  2. Form a human tunnel.
Please join us at the camel statue at about 3:30 p.m. Friday immediately following the Installation and help us form a “human tunnel” to the Academic Circle. We’ll use this “tunnel” to filter our guests to the reception. (Remember to sit in sections 103 and 117 during the Installation.)
  3. Eat free food.
After we’ve funneled our guests to the Academic Circle, please join us Friday for the reception – and free food like sushi and fondue! Eat as much as you like, and stay as long as you can.

If you can be part of this historic event and help make our guests feel welcome, just register to attend the Installation. (Did we mention the free food?)
