Yurkovic to lead Campbell Dining

Campbell Dining, a division of Aramark, welcomes Pam Yurkovic as its new general manager.

Yurkovic will oversee all operations for Campbell Dining, including culinary work and presentation, employee training and development, and customer service.

“I look forward to getting involved in the campus community,” she said. “I see great growth opportunity at Campbell, and I’m excited about being a part of that.”

She says her focus is to expand on the current dining program to support and align with goals and visions of the university.

With a total of 17 years of experience with Aramark, Yurkovic has spent 14 years in higher education food services at East Carolina University, Wake Forest University, and Winthrop University.

In 2012, Aramark named Yurkovic its Southeast Region Food Service Director of the Year.

She studied culinary arts at Johnson & Wales University in Charleston, South Carolina, and earned her bachelor of arts in food-service and hotel management from North Carolina Wesleyan College.
