RALEIGH, N.C. – A three-judge panel from the United States Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals will sit at Campbell Law School on Thursday, Sept. 17 for three oral arguments, including two criminal and one civil matter. Campbell Law students are welcome to sit in on the proceedings.
