Professor Lee speaks at Mississippi College School of Law

RALEIGH, N.C. – Campbell Law School Associate Professor of Law Kevin Lee served as one of seven invited speakers at a conference at Mississippi College School of Law, March 28-29. Lee discussed his paper, –Proximity and Loyalty, Levinas, Alterity, and Meinhard v. Salmon,” which examines the thought of European philosopher Emmanuel Levinas, who wrote in the early 20th century.

Campbell Law holds inaugural flag raising ceremony

RALEIGH, N.C. – Campbell Law School Dean J. Rich Leonard presided over a brief ceremony as the law school raised the American flag on campus for the first time on Monday, March 31. Cadets from NC State University’s Army Reserve Officer’s Training Corps (ROTC) program assisted with the ceremony as the flag was raised on the recently added flagpole, which was donated by the Campbell Law class of 2013 in collaboration with the Military Law Student Association.

Cranfill Sumner & Hartzog LLP to sponsor Campbell Law moot court team

RALEIGH, N.C. – Campbell Law Dean J. Rich Leonard announced today that Cranfill Sumner & Hartzog LLP has provided financial assistance to support a moot court team. The firm’s support will assist a group of Campbell Law students participating at the National Energy and Sustainability Moot Court Competition, March 26-30, in Morgantown, W. Va.

Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice to sponsor Campbell Law moot court team

RALEIGH, N.C. – Campbell Law Dean J. Rich Leonard announced today that Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice has agreed to financially sponsor a moot court team. Through the firm’s support, a group of Campbell Law students will be able to participate in the Jerome Price Evidence Moot Court Competition, March 26-30, in Brooklyn, N.Y.
